Quality Assurance and Monitoring – WP11 Results

Since its inception, EuroPS project had in mind the complexity of implementation in the partner countries and institutions and therefore prepared a quality assurance and monitoring plan. The aim of the plan was the systematic measurement of the progress of the project, the critical evaluation and the depiction of eventual difficulties in reaching the defined goals and outputs. Work Package 11 Quality Assurance and Monitoring assured the quality of communication among partners, the implementation of a common level and methodology of teaching as well as the functioning of administrative procedures. The Quality Plan was divided in four sub-fields to be monitored: communication among partners, teachers and students, equivalence of methodologies and administrative procedures, financial audit. The final report on quality assurance was prepared based on online questionnaire with project staff, students, interviews and comparative analysis. WP11 Final Report can be found here.
